By Placing an Order You agree to Abide by the Following Terms & Conditions

 

1. Prices are fixed. Discounts are announced on the page for all to see.
2. Processing time for made-to-order is 20 Days, though we try our best to deliver before that.

 

1. For Online Orders:

• We take full responsibility of our products. In case of a defect, Free Shipping for exchange is possible,  within 3 DAYS of receiving the product.
• Colors may vary according to individual monitor settings and will not be considered as a defect.
• All Standard measurements qualify for exchanges. There is NO return policy on custom orders or custom measurements. 
• We understand that sometimes you may not like a product even if there`s  no defect at all. In case there is no defect & an exchange is still required, you can still return the product to us. In this scenario, customer bears the additional shipping charges (both ways), provided we receive it in 3 days.
